1. How does personalization work?
After placing your order, simply enter your name or text in the personalization box. We print it exactly as provided, so please double-check spelling before ordering.
2. Can I preview my design before it’s printed?
At the moment, we don’t provide live previews. However, every order is carefully checked before production to ensure accuracy.
3. What if I enter the wrong name?
If your order hasn’t been printed yet, contact us immediately. If it’s already in production, we may not be able to change it.
4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns for incorrect personalization. However, if there is any printing defect or issue, we will replace it.
5. Where are your products made?
All products are printed and shipped from the United States.
6. How do I wash the t-shirt?
We recommend washing inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat to maintain print quality.
7. How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days within the USA.
